For the people
who keep things working.

We’re building nbound for the businesses that keep the heat on, the water running, and the lights working. Our focus is the work it takes to run those businesses every day.

01 / What we’re building

One system to
start, run, and
grow the business.

Today, nbound brings together the work a service company already has to manage: answering calls, booking jobs, scheduling crews, keeping customer history, organizing forms and parts, sending invoices, and accepting payments.

The larger plan reaches beyond the operating core. We are building toward the place where a company can establish its online presence, get set up to operate, run the day, and connect directly with customers through a marketplace.

Some of that work is live today. Some belongs to the roadmap. The direction is one home for running the business and one trusted place for customers to find it.

02 / The industry we serve

You know these
problems. We’re
building to remove them.

You’re answering the phone while dispatching a crew, calming down a customer, finding an equipment record, and trying to close yesterday’s invoices. nbound is built to remove the friction between those moments.

01At the office

Schedule changes should reach everyone.

The office should see the customer, the job, the crew, and the schedule in one place. When the day changes, everyone should be working from the same information.

02In the field

Technicians should not start cold.

Customer history, equipment details, previous work, forms, parts, and notes should already be waiting when the technician arrives. The job should start with context, not a scavenger hunt.

03Customer

Customers should not have to repeat themselves.

What happened on the call should follow the customer into the appointment, the technician’s workflow, the invoice, and the next interaction.

04Owner

Owners should not have to hunt for the truth.

The health of the business should not live across spreadsheets, inboxes, sticky notes, and five different systems.

05Payment

Finished work should become paid work.

The handoff from completed service to invoice and payment should be part of the same workflow, not another administrative process.

Jordan Cox, founder of nbound
“The software should carry that operational load so the team can stay focused on the job.”

I built nbound after seeing how much time and revenue gets lost between the phone call, the schedule, the technician, and the invoice.

03 / Where we’re going

The next 15 years
belong to the businesses
that keep things running.

Built for the
physical world.

The physical world still has to be built, repaired, maintained, and kept running. Homes need heating and cooling. Pipes break. Electrical systems fail. Equipment wears down. No matter how advanced software becomes, skilled people still have to show up and solve real problems in real places.

We’re building nbound to become the operating system behind those businesses. Not just software for managing today’s appointments, but a system that helps a company get started, find customers, run its team, complete the work, get paid, retain relationships, and grow over time.

04 / Build with us

Your work here
has a life out there.

We build software for people doing real work. The details matter because what we ship changes how someone’s day runs.

How we work

01

Get close to the work.

Understand the people using what you build. The best decisions come from seeing where the day actually breaks down.

02

Take ownership.

Follow the problem all the way through. Don’t stop at shipping — make sure it actually works for the person relying on it.

03

Build it to hold up.

Reliability, security, and clarity are part of the product. If people depend on it to run their business, it has to work.
